Sign Team, Inc. was founded in 2013 by Micky and Alison Rodriguez. Micky, the original founder, has over 20 years of experience in the print and graphic design industry, having previously owned a print business in Mallorca, Spain. In 2004, he sold his business and moved to the United States to be closer to his son. After adjusting to a new culture and language, he met Alison in 2011. Alison, who graduated with a degree in Journalism and Advertising from Western Illinois University, has worked in the advertising industry for 15 years, switching from television advertising to print in 2012. She was born and raised in East Moline, Illinois, where Sign Team, Inc. is currently located.

At Sign Team, Inc., we are committed to protecting the environment. Our facility is geothermal-heated and we recycle materials whenever possible. We also use an electric company car and environmentally-friendly inks. Our building is made of recycled barn wood and we take pride in being an environmentally-conscious business.

Sign Team, Inc. is a registered and certified government contractor, and we are also a registered union shop. We take pride in our commitment to quality, service, and the environment, and we look forward to serving your signage needs.
